A History of Quality Mental Health Care Noyes Mental Health Service has offered a variety of treatments to residents of Livingston and surrounding counties for more than 25 years.
Our services include individual, family and group psychotherapy, psychiatric/medication evaluations, and connecting people to other services in the community. All clients receive treatment that is individualized to their specific needs and is provided by a multidisciplinary team of professionals with backgrounds in psychiatry, psychology, social work, counseling, and nursing.

Treating a Broad Range of Conditions Our clinical staff is oriented toward short-term therapy. Treatment is individualized to meet the client's needs. Clinic staff have training in many evidenced-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and psychiatry.
Problems that are regularly addressed include:

- Behavior problems
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Issues relating to life changes or loss
- Relationship and family problems
We also have special programming for:
- Sex offenders
- Male batterers
- Persons diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder

- Young children with severe behavior problems

Referral Process Anyone may call the clinic to request treatment. Usually a client will receive an appointment with a counselor when they call. However, if your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, you will need to obtain that referral number prior to being scheduled.
Financial Concerns Noyes Mental Health Service is dedicated to providing treatment regardless of ability to pay. We accept most insurance plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare.
Clients that do not have insurance may be eligible for services at a reduced fee through the Noyes Hospital Financial Assistance Program. Additional information about financial assistance is available by calling (585) 335-4316.

Emergencies Access to emergency inpatient mental health services are available through the Emergency Departments of area hospitals.
