Noyes Memorial Hospital Infusion Unit

Our goal is to provide you with safe, high quality health care when you need cancer treatment.  The Infusion Unit is designed to provide chemotherapy and other infusions in a home-like environment.  The infusion unit is located on the second floor in Room 205.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Patient Education
Patient education is provided on disease process and management as well as specific information on the medication prescribed by your physician.  Information on support groups and other services is also available.

Visitor Policy:

The following visitor policy has been adopted to protect both our patients and their visitors/family.

  • Each patient may bring one adult visitor with them if desired.  This number is limited due to space and potential exposure to chemicals.
  • Children are not permitted to visit due to the potential exposure to chemicals and the potential for infection in our patients receiving chemotherapy.

Other Guidelines:

  • Be sure to get your labwork done if ordered by your M.D. to avoid delay in treatment.
  • Please call the Infusion Unit if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment at (585) 335-4243.

Referrals:
Patients may be referred to the Infusion Unit by a physician with privileges at Noyes Memorial Hospital or by an Oncologist who provides care through the Specialty Medical Office Suite.  Initial appointments are scheduled through the Specialty Medical Office Suite Receptionist.  Future appointments are coordinated with the Specialty Medical Office Unit and the Infusion Unit Staff.

Dr. Smith, (585) 341-8237
