The health care team at the Noyes After Hours Care Center is committed to providing quality health care that is easy to access, dependable and timely.  Opened in 1997 to provide access to primary care for patients residing in Livingston County and surrounding areas, the Center provides quality primary care when your physician’s office is closed.

Our Services

At the Noyes After Hours Care Center, you can expect to receive treatment for injuries and illnesses that are typically treated by your primary care physician in his or her office.  The facility is not intended to treat life threatening illnesses or injuries. Patients requiring emergency medical treatment should proceed immediately to the Hospital Emergency Department. Lab and imaging services are only available at the Noyes Hospital Emergency Room.

Your Health Care Team
The Center is staffed with either a Nurse Practicioner or a Physician Assistant, a nurse and a receptionist.  The staff works with your primary care physician by faxing or mailing the After Hours Care report to their offices. The report is also available electronically to all Noyes affiliated physicians.

Follow Up
Each patient receives thorough instructions for continuing their care at home and instruction to follow up with their primary care physician.

Payment
The Center accepts all patients regardless of their ability to pay for services. All types of insurance are accepted.  Patients with Blue Choice need a physician’s referral to visit the After Hours Care Center.
