JOB TITLE:  C.N.A.

DEPARTMENT:  Tele/Surg 

STATUS:  Part Time

HOURS/SHIFT:   Evenings, Every other weekend/holiday

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  Assist patients in activities of daily living using the information provided by the registered nurse.  Perform tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:  High school diploma or equivalent, and current certification as Nursing Assistant.  Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures required.

EXPERIENCE:  Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant including formal training preferred.
