Dr. Neches is a Board Certified OB/GYN physician who practiced in Washington, D.C. for many years, and he comes to us from his most recent position in Newburgh, NY. He has joined the active medical staff at Noyes and will be practicing in OB/GYN Associates of the Finger Lakes.
