Dr. Cohen recently joined the medical staff at Noyes Memorial Hospital. He went to Medical School at Georgetown University, Washington, DC, and completed his residency in General Surgery at State University of NY at Buffalo. Following this he completed a Fellowship in vascular surgery at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ. Dr. Cohen is Board Certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He is currently practicing with Surgical Associates of Upstate NY, in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Cohen lives in NY and would like to begin practicing closer to home.
