Find problems before they start
Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment and cure are better.
By getting the right health services, screenings, and treatments, you are taking steps that help your chances for living a longer, healthier life. Your age, health and family history, lifestyle choices (i.e. what you eat, how active you are, whether you smoke), and other important factors impact what and how often you need services and screenings.
Monthly Blood Pressure Screenings
The Noyes Hospital Clinic Program holds regular blood pressure checks every month at Wegman’s and Tops Market (see the Upcoming Events for dates and times).
Community Event Screenings
Blood pressure screenings are also provided at community events, fairs and festivals throughout the summer and fall (see the Upcoming Events for dates and times).
Business Community Screenings
The program also offers area businesses and civic groups the opportunity to have a Wellness Fair on site. Blood pressure screenings and body fat testing are provided free of charge. Cholesterol screenings are available for a fee.
For additional information and/or to schedule a Wellness Fair, please contact Community Health Educator, Pam Maxson by phone 335-4327 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
