Job Description:
Leads and directs the business operations of the hospital-owned physician
practices. Oversees the revenue cycle process, supervision of staff and ensures the
practices' goals are aligned with the hospital's goals. Ensures clinical performance
meets quality and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred or equivalent combination of education
and work experience in a physician practice. Three to five years of experience
in the administration of a multi-specialty group physician practice organization
with a strong understanding of patient throughput, compliance, revenue cycle
(scheduling, medical records, coding and billing), staff supervision and financial
management. Strong negotiation skills and physician relationship building skills required.
