Provide assistance to all patients regarding financial transactions during their stay and treatment at the hospital. Manage all patient accounts, utilizing the policies and procedures of the hospital.
Job Requirements: 
High school diploma or equivalent with typing and general knowledge of office equipment plus legible handwriting and English required. Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions and extablished pricedures required. Experience in office procedures required. Experience in medical billing or related field desired.

Job Description: 
Functions independently under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources. Manage the administration and implementation of new and existing benefit programs designed to meet the changing needs of the hospital and employees while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Develop associated benefits policies and procedures and maintain regulatory and legal requirements. Administer disability and workers compensation benefits in conjunction with the FMLA
Job Requirements: 
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field or 3 plus years experience in employee benefits management. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Office products required. Interpersonal skills demonstrating customer focused attitude and the ability to maintain effective working relationships and communication with all levels of hospital staff. Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and discretion to deal professionally with sensitive, legal and confidential information. Proven flexibility necessary to meet changing priorities and demands on a daily basis.
Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description: 
Under the direction of the Director of IT Infrastructure with guidance from the Director, IT Projects and the Infrastructure team, functioning independently with minimal oversight and through the cooperative efforts of the organization's IS Department, oversees and maintains the operation of the organization's Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems including hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting. The individual is responsible for overseeing and providing direct troubleshooting, maintenance and repair for the organization's workstations, laptops, thin terminal systems, printers, remote connectivity, anti-virus, operating systems and other infrastructure and application systems supporting the organization's end user community. The individual is responsible for issues of such diverse scope where analysis of any particular situation requires evaluation and judgment based on the individual's personal knowledge of IT systems, their knowledge of the organization's systems, consultation with other IT staff, and independent consultation and judgment contributed by others. The position requires an ability to support a wide range of diverse technical issues and questions that may arise from both inside and outside the organization. The individual must be capable of assisting senior staff and management with planning large scale projects including, but not limited to, vendor management, evaluation and cost studies. Requires knowledge of Windows, VMware and Cisco systems, TCP/IP networking and various hospital and practice management applications preferred, though not a specific requirement.
Job Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with an A+ certification preferred or A+ eligible, or equivalent in education and experience demonstrating competency in role. 1-3 years training or acceptable experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnostics, configurations and networking computers plus acceptable hands-on experience with peripheral equipment required. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated capabilities at the expected levels related to Windows 7,8 & 10, network protocols, Ethernet networks, software imaging systems, workstation & laptop hardware and application software. The candidate shall have 1-3 years' experience working with end user issues with personal computers in multi-user, networked environment including acting as a liason resource for service calls not specifically related to job function. Must have demonstrated communications skills related to end user support. Individual will posses excellent verbal and written skills. Must be able to work under general supervision with a high degree of self-motivation and moderate oversight. The individual will involved with many levels of the organization and position requires strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work overtime as directed with prior approval, possess a valid NYS driver's license and be able to travel by car to offsite locations on short notice.
